GA's Karina Schulze and Borden Wahl, both graduates of the class of 2018, were recently named High School All Americans by their respective sporting bodies, the US Lacrosse Association and the National Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association (NISCA). Karina, a three-season captain of GA's field hockey, ice hockey, and lacrosse teams had a standout senior season this spring on both ends of the field and particularly in the circle where she was dominant on the draw. Karina will take her lacrosse talents to the University of Chicago in the fall. Borden, in her time at GA, has won a total of 5 New England Championships – three in water polo for which she earned her NISCA honors, and two in swimming. Borden is GA's all-time leading scorer in water polo and will bring her powerful egg-beater kick and rifle arm to Harvard's team next year.
