Scheduled between September and January
An interview with the candidate’s parent/guardian is required as part of the application process. After receiving the application for admission, the Admission Office will call you to schedule an appointment to visit the school. Interviews take place beginning in mid-September through January. At this meeting, an admission associate will discuss the candidate’s interests and Greenwich Academy’s curriculum and philosophy. A tour of the campus will take place as well. Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your visit.

Applicants to Pre-Connecting and Connecting Class will be assessed individually for approximately 30 minutes in the Admission Office on the main campus. Pre-Connecting and Connecting Class candidates will also visit in small groups at the Ridgeview Avenue campus. The Admission Office will schedule these appointments directly with the parent/guardian.

A recommendation from the candidate’s current teacher is required. Please provide this form to the appropriate teacher at the candidate’s current school after November 15.

All candidates are requested to take the ISEE or SSAT by early January so that results can be received by January 15. Early registration is essential as spaces at all test sites are limited.
