New Login & Password

Select Reset Password on the login page or here.
You’ll be taken to the Veracross window below.
Enter your email. You will then receive an email from Veracross with the subject line Veracross Account Help. The email will include a link to reset your password. Note: You must use the email you originally used to sign in to Veracross. Please try all possibilities. If nothing works, contact Tech.
Once you have reset your password, return to the GA site and follow GA’s login prompts to access parent & division dashboards, GAPA, college counseling, any other password-protected pages.

Household Profile Info

This page has three sections:

HOUSEHOLD CONTACTS
FAMILY INFORMATION
GRANDPARENTS

Most importantly, the content on this page informs:

Directory content
Emergency contacts
Pickup permissions (LS only)

Please review carefully & update as needed. For guidance, please view the screen shot & step-by-step instructions below.

►Go to Household Profile Info

SCREEN SHOT:

HOUSEHOLD CONTACTS

This section should include anyone who is an emergency contact and/or (for LS only) authorized for pickup.
Add anyone as emergency contact and/or (for LS only) authorized for pickup by clicking the blue ADD NEW button.
To save info, click the blue Create Contact button.
Please note: Grandparents should be added in the section labeled GRANDPARENTS.
Edits to existing household contact info can be made in the FAMILY INFORMATION section below.
Parents/guardians are automatically emergency contacts and (for LS only) authorized for pickup.

FAMILY INFORMATION

GA directory will pull family contact info from this section. Please review.
If you wish to make any changes, use the blue EDIT button.
If you wish to update your household phone number, you must select Change Primary Home Phone; if you wish to remove the household number, simply leave it blank.
To save changes click the blue SAVE button at the top to of the window.
You can also review & update parent/guardian employer info, as well as manage how you wish to receive GA communications. This info will not appear in the directory.

GRANDPARENTS

To add a grandparent select Grandparent Households & click on the blue ADD NEW button.
To save info, click the blue New Grandparent Household button.
To make a grandparent an emergency contact and/or (for LS only) authorized for pickup, you must return to Household Contacts to update emergency contact/pickup info.

School Policies & Required Forms

This page includes permissions for:

Medical treatment & info
Field trips
Athletics
Parent/guardian driving

Please fill out & select the gray SAVE POLICIES button at the top of the screen.

Please note:

The Medical Profile section is not functional (see screen shot below).
The medical information you’re submitting in this section is not GA’s required health assessment forms (physicals, etc.). Those forms should be emailed or faxed to the division nurse.
